This is a collection of cocktails I have created using classic cocktails as a basis. Be it the taste notes, the traditions surrounding it, or something entirely else; all these stem center around cocktails.

Shake, dry-shake and fine-strain

NOTES
The Super Berries Syrup is made using two sachets of English Tea Shop Supper Berries Tea pr liter of water and approximately 400-500 ml of Sugar.
5 cl Macerated Gin with Pomegranate
3 cl Super Berries Syrup
3 cl Lemon Juice
1,5 cl Egg Whites
Ingredients
Add all ingredients to shaker
Shake ingredients w. ice for approx. 20 shakes
Remove ice
Dry shake for approx. 10 shakes
Fine Strain in chilled glass and serve
